UPDATE: State Police Bomb Squad Respond for Artillery Round Found at Marina

COLD SPRING- The State Police Bomb Squad was called to the Canyon Club Resort Marina, service center here at 900 Ocean Dr around 2:30 p.m on Thursday, Jan 8 after a rusted mortar round was discovered by the marina.
The bomb squad x-rayed the eight inch round and determined it was a practice round that was not an explosive, according to State Police Sgt. Julian Castellanos
State Police Marine Police and Lower Twp Police also responded.
