Grill Fire Damages Home in Beesley’s Point

BEESLEY’S POINT– Firefighters were called to the 600 block of Keats Avenue Monday afternoon for a reported grill fire.
Marmora fire department arrived on scene and reported the grill was under the awning of the home and the grill’s propane tank was on fire.
The Tuckahoe and Seaville fire departments were also dispatched to the scene.
The fire was under control within a short time after Marmora firefighters arrived on scene and additional responding units from Tuckahoe and Seaville were recalled.
No injures were reported.
