Don’t miss these great shopping opportunities in Cape May County:

By On Deck Staff

If you’re looking for designer furnishings, there’s still time to visit the 1915 Otis Townsend residence at 115 Reading Ave., Cape May. It’s Cape May’s fourth annual Designer Show House, presented by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC) and sponsored by South Jersey House & Home magazine. And all the pieces inside are for sale, and you may be surprised that they’re reasonably priced.
Take a self-guided tour offered 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, plus 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Friday, through Oct. 19. Call 609-884-5404.
And the little borough of West Cape May hosts its famous Lima Bean Festival with the coronation of Miss Lima Bean and more lima bean recipes and related items than most people could ever imagine. It’s held in Wilbraham Park on Saturday, Oct. 11.
