Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for Nov. 11-28, 2016

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from Nov. 11-28, 2016. 
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Jacob Cowan, 22, from Court House was charged Nov. 11 with obstruction and disorderly conduct during a noise complaint at a large party in Upper Twp. Cowan failed to obey lawful orders, and was arrested. He was processed and released. 
Tyler Hentges, 21, from Court House was charged Nov. 16 with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. He was processed and released. 
Shannon Morgan, 44, from Marmora was charged Nov. 18 with simple assault (domestic violence) for admittedly striking her ex-boyfriend causing visible signs of injury (cuts and scratches). She was processed and released. 
Thomas Williamson, 38, from Wildwood was charged Nov. 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia (needle) during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. During the investigation, he was found to have a warrant active for him. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center on the warrant. 
Christopher Long, 23, from Sewell was charged Nov. 20 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. He was processed and released. 
Dylan Rohrer, 22, from Woodbine was charged Nov. 21 with simple assault (domestic violence) for allegedly pushing and grabbing his girlfriend causing visible signs of injury (bruising). He was processed and released. 
Craig Rosenfeld, 48, from Upper Twp. was charged Nov. 21 with resisting, obstruction and disorderly conduct during a verbal dispute in Upper Twp. Rosenfeld was aggressive and uncooperative, specifically by yelling obscenities during the investigation and attempted to prevent troopers from conducting the investigation. When being placed under arrest, he resisted by trying to pull away. He was processed and released.

Nov. 4: Timothy Marcus, 32, from Marmora
Nov. 21: Daniel Thibeault, 30, from Woodbine
Nov. 24: James Mazzella, 32, from Marmora
Nov. 25: Iain Muir, 50, from Court House
Nov. 28: Ryan Herman, 25, from Villas
