Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for May 23-June 16, 2017

UPDATE: David Marshall pled guilty to reckless driving only, and paid a fine. All other charges were dismissed per court documents from Dennis Township Municipal Court.
WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from May 23-June 16, 2017. The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.    
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Briana Ehrlich, 23, from Ventnor was charged May 23 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to her true identity to avoid apprehension for an outstanding warrant while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was processed and released.
Lacotia Ruiz, 25, from Woodbine was charged May 26 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to her true identity to avoid apprehension for an outstanding warrant while on a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. She was processed and released.
Gina McNally, 19, from Secane, Pa. and a 17-year-old juvenile were charged May 26 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle crash investigation in Upper Towship. Both were processed and released.
Brian Horstmann, 44, from Woodbine was charged May 26 with criminal mischief for admittedly “keying” a car causing approximately $500 worth of damage. He was processed and released.
Jason Ferenchak, 31, from Royersford, Pa. was charged May 27 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Deborah Sullivan, 42, from Vineland was charged May 27 with possession of prescription drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was processed and released.
Natalie Inacio, 32, from Upper Township was charged May 27 with criminal mischief and shoplifting for admittedly damaging property of a relative and stealing property from a store in Marmora. She was processed and released.
Robb Swenk, 46, from Marmora was charged May 28 with simple assault during a juvenile complaint at a campground in Marmora causing visible signs of injury to the victim. He was processed and released.
Dvon Chislom, 24, from Wildwood was charged May 28 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to his true identity to avoid apprehension for outstanding warrants while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Michael Cozzan, 40, from Upper Township was charged May 28 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle crash investigation in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Sean Smith, 40, from Wildwood Crest was charged May 28 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle crash investigation in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Hector Fernandez, 22, from Philadelphia was charged May 29 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released.
Three Upper Township juveniles were charged May 31 with invasion of privacy for illegally possessing and passing on an inappropriate photo of another female juvenile on their cell phone. All charges were turned over to the Cape May County Family Court.
Cheryl Colburn, 54, from Dennis Township was charged May 31 with trespassing for admittedly being on the property of another knowing she was not allowed. She was processed and released.
Essence Cade, 20, from Rio Grande was charged June 1 with theft for failure to return excess monies that were mistakenly paid to her by her employer, knowing she had no right to the monies. She was processed and released.
Jeremiah Thompson, 19, from Woodbine was charged June 1 with unlawful possession of a weapon (.22 Cal semi-auto handgun), possession of cocaine, heroin, prescription drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and distribution of drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Police also seized $1,400. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Edward McCray, 62, from Woodbine was charged June 1 with disorderly conduct during an investigation in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Cary McNear, 33, from Woodbine was charged June 1 with possession of marijuana during a verbal dispute investigation in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Ray Rogers, 47, from Woodbine was charged June 1 with possession of marijuana during a pedestrian contact in Woodbine. He was also found to be a wanted person for unpaid child support. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
David Palmer, 54, from Upper Township was charged June 2 with possession of prohibited weapon (blackjack), possession of CDS methamphetamine, and receiving stolen property (state Department of Transportation signs) during a motor vehicle contact in Upper Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released.
Joseph Martinez, 21, from Philadelphia was charged June 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Alissa Dutton, 22, from Dennisville was charged June 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was processed and released.
Arturo Rivera, 19, from Millville was charged June 4 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Michael Broome, 28, from Galloway was charged June 6 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Matthew Mills, 20, from Erma was charged June 10 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released.
Keith McKinney Jr., 40, from Rosenhayn was charged June 10 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Cody Antonini, 19, from Bridgeport was charged June 11 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
David Marshall, 33, from Glassboro was charged June 11 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a medical assist investigation where it was reported that a male driver was asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle at a traffic light in Dennis Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released.
Michael Russell, 29, from Woodbine was charged June 12 with possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Miguel Hernandez, 19, from Vineland was charged June 14 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
