WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from March 9-April 7, 2017. The abbreviation for controlled dangerous substance used below is CDS.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Jeffrey Errickson, 24, and Sarah Leroy, 28, both from Petersburg were charged March 9 with possession of marijuana; drug paraphernalia; and prescription legend drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Errickson was also charged with DWI. Both were charged, processed and released.
James Murray, 32, from Woodbine was charged March 11 with simple assault and criminal mischief during an investigation in Woodbine. He allegedly struck his ex-girlfriend causing visible signs of injury, then allegedly broke a window on the back door of the residence as he fled. A TRO (temporary restraining order) and charges were filed and subsequently served on him while he was lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center on unrelated charges.
Charles Blakely, 23, from Somers Point, N.J. was charged March 12 with possession of weapons for unlawful purpose; possession of weapon (9mm handgun); possession of marijuana; possession of CDS cocaine; distribution of CDS; possession CDS paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center. On March 22, he was also charged with simple assault, possession of cocaine; hindering; and resisting arrest by attempting to flee during an assault in progress investigation in Woodbine. He was processed and again lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Santos Calderon, 21, from Jessup, Md. was charged March 15 with possession of marijuana; drug paraphernalia; and prescription legend drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released.
Jazzmen Burton, 28, from North Cape May was charged March 15 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the course of a motor vehicle stop investigation in Upper Township. She was also found to have two active traffic warrants from Middle Township and Stone Harbor. She was processed, posted bail on the warrants, and was released.
Joseph Graciano, 56, from Court House was charged March 15 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the course of a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Dion Welch, 38, from Dennis Township was charged March 16 with possession of suspected crystal methamphetamine and a hypodermic syringe during a warrant service in Dennis Township. He was processed and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Luis Sotomayor, 21, from Bridgeton was charged March 17 with simple assault (domestic violence) for allegedly biting and punching his girlfriend causing visible signs of injury during an investigation in Dennis Township. He was processed and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Jose Cortes, 40, from Woodbine was charged March 19 with obstruction during an ATV complaint in Woodbine where he was observed riding on the roadway. He was also written numerous motor vehicle summonses, processed and released.
Joseph Diaz, 21, from Vineland, N.J. was charged March 20 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released.
Hope Neville, 21, from Rio Grande was charged March 21 with possession of marijuana, and a juvenile passenger, 17, from Rio Grande was charged with possession of a handgun and hollow point bullets during a motor vehicle stop in Middle Township. Both were processed. Neville was released and the juvenile was transported to Harborfields Detention center for juveniles.
Robert Bosisio, 51, from Seaville was charged March 22 with admittedly shoplifting $48 worth of goods on Feb. 8 from the Teaberry Antiques store in Dennis Township. Property was returned and he was processed and released.
Christopher Scheuerman, 27, from Rio Grande was charged March 24 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Shakeila Fitzpatrick, 22, from Millville was charged March 25 with aggravated assault; simple assault; and criminal mischief during the course of a verbal dispute investigation in Woodbine where she allegedly harassed her ex-boyfriend. During the investigation it was learned that she allegedly scratched his neck causing visible signs of injury, broke his cell phone, and also sped towards him with her car causing him to have to jump out of the way. She was processed and lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Shane Rickabaugh, 18, from Villas was charged March 26 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Giuseppin Vetrano, 19, from Somers Point, N.J. was charged March 28 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was processed and released.
Danielle Myers, 27, from Mays Landing, N.J. was charged March 29 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was processed and released.
Robert Raff, 39, from Upper Township, was charged March 29 with contempt and harassment for violating a final restraining order by making threats towards his ex-girlfriend via mail and also by phone while lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center. He was charged while still at the jail.
Julius Davis, 28, from Woodbine was charged March 29 with possession of prescription drugs and marijuana, and Michael Russell, 29, from Woodbine was charged with possession of cocaine during a suspicious vehicle incident in Woodbine. Russell was also found to be a wanted person from Cape May County and to have an active traffic warrant for him. Both were processed, and Davis was released and Russell was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center on the wanted person warrant.
Terrell Williams, 26, from Vineland, N.J. was charged April 3 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released.
Brittney Hahn, 26, from Woodbine was charged April 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was processed and released.
Anna Bisch, 24, from Upper Township was charged April 5 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was processed and released.
Desiree Amjadi, 30, from Upper Township was charged April 6 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was processed and released.
Bradley Henton, 20, and Mark McKeown, 19, both from Pennsylvania were charged April 6 with possession of synthetic cannabinoid during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Passenger Allison Mellet, 22, also from Pennsylvania, as well as McKeown, were also found to be NCIC Wanted Persons out of Delaware County, Pa. and charged as fugitives from justice. Henton was processed and released, McKeown and Mellet were processed and lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Evan Hagan, 23, from Villas was charged April 7 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Middle Township. He was processed and released.
Khalil McClurkin, 28, from Middle Township was charged April 7 with possession of marijuana and distribution of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
