Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for Jan. 2-29, 2017

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from Jan. 2-29, 2017.   
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Arthur Moeller, 43, from Upper Township was charged Jan. 2 with simple assault (domestic violence) and criminal mischief for allegedly choking his girlfriend causing visible signs of injury and breaking her cell phone during an argument. Moeller was observed to be intoxicated during the investigation. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Brandon Fry, 18, and another unnamed juvenile, 17, both from Ocean View were charged Jan. 9 with offenses on lands and property for admittedly driving on the fields of the Bishop McHugh Regional Catholic School in Dennis Township causing over $2,000 worth of damage to the fields. Three vehicles were involved and the identity of the third suspect is pending investigation. Both subjects were processed and released. 
Francis Alcaro, 27, from Upper Township was charged Jan. 11 with possession of a hypodermic syringe during a verbal dispute at a residence in Upper Township. Alcaro was found to have a warrant active for him and was arrested. A search revealed the syringe. He was arrested, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center on the warrant. 
Ryan Foster, 18, from Tuckahoe was charged Jan. 11 with possession of marijuana while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Robert Seeman III, 46, and Katherine Fretz, 48, both from Woodbine, were charged Jan. 12 with possession of prescription legend drugs and possession of marijuana respectively while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Both were arrested, processed and released.  
Brett Levering, 19, from Marmora, and Michael Bobb, 20, from Seaville were charged Jan. 12 with possession of narcotic paraphernalia – pipe (Levering); and possession of marijuana and hypodermic syringe (Bobb) during a suspicious vehicle incident in Upper Township. Both were arrested, processed and released. 
Michael Young, 27, from Petersburg was charged Jan. 13 with possession of narcotic paraphernalia and possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Patrick Murphy, 48, from Ocean View was charged Jan. 20 with burglary, harassment, and theft for admittedly entering his wife’s vehicle with whom he been separated with for approximately one year and not having the legal right to, and taking some keys of hers after a heated argument that morning. During the argument he admittedly threw an item at her while she was seated in her vehicle during the argument. He was arrested, processed and released.

Jan. 28: Arthur Cannon, 28, from Court House
Jan. 29: Rocksanne Corson, 40, from Marmora
