Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for Feb. 10-March 4, 2017

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from Feb. 10-March 4, 2017.   
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. 
Alicia Holmeshell, 29, from Villas was charged Feb. 10 with possession of prescription legend drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township in which she was a passenger. She also had a warrant active for her. She was arrested, processed and released. 
Theresa Sneathen, 30, from Belleplain was charged Feb. 10 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during an unwanted guest complaint in Dennis Township. She was arrested, processed and released. 
Joshua Brennan, 42, from Tuckahoe was charged Feb. 11 with violation of restraining order against his ex-wife. He was processed and released. 
Julian Vanoyen, 19, from Wenonah, N.J. and Warren Wren, 19, from Sewell, N.J. were charged Feb. 12 with criminal mischief for allegedly vandalizing the Seashore Line Campground in Dennis Township, causing damage under $500. They were processed and released. 
Joseph Carnet, 58, from Cape May was charged Feb. 14 with violation of restraining order by admittedly contacting a protected person in the order. He was processed and released. 
Christopher Dudzek, 50, from Ocean View was charged Feb. 16 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
2-17-17 Christian Carty, 20, from Del Haven; Michael Mendes, 20, from Court House; and a juvenile from Court House were all charged with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. All three were arrested, processed and released. 
Brianna Levine, 23, and Kathleen Gonzalez, 25, both from Woodbine were charged Feb. 21 with simple assault and disorderly conduct respectively for admittedly engaging in a physical altercation in front of the Woodbine School while students were present. Gonzalez was charged by troopers and Levine had a complaint signed against her by Gonzalez. Both were processed and released. 
Dylan Justice, 21, from Eldora was charged Feb. 23 with possession of psilocybin (mushrooms); marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Wesley Cossaboon, 35, from Dennis Township was charged Feb. 27 with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia (hypodermic syringes) during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also found to have a warrant active for him. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center on the warrant and charges.

Feb. 23: Dylan Justice, 21, from Eldora
Feb. 24: Francis Cassidy, 62, from Ardmore, Pa.
Feb. 25: Mary Gleason, 25, from Ocean View.
Feb. 26: Wendy Brummett, 41, from Chantilly, Va.
March 4: Jonathan Rodriguez, 24, from Court House
March 4: James Walton, 65, from Philadelphia
March 4: Roman Hernandez-Barrera, 36, from Upper Township
