Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for April 20-May 9, 2017

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from April 20-May 9, 2017. The abbreviation for controlled dangerous substance used below is CDS.       
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Jerry Murphy, 38, from Belleplain was charged April 21 with four vehicle burglaries that occurred in Belleplain in the early morning hours of April 20. He was processed and released.
Odis Mejia-Colon, 29, from Woodbine was charged April 22 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Emily Newsome, 20, from Petersburg was charged April 22 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was processed and released.
Jonathan Arana-Franco, 19, from Mays Landing, N.J. was charged April 23 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Edwin Sunday, 23, from Toms River, N.J. was charged April 23 with possession of amphetamines and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Rita Salldino, 30, from Villas was charged April 23 with possession of marijuana and other CDS during an investigation in Upper Township. She was processed and released.
Christopher Anderson, 21, from Woodbine was charged April 24 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Tyronne Reid, 21, from York, Pa. was charged April 25 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Joseph Charlesworth, 20, from Court House was charged April 25 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Lisa Ganzemuller, 45, and Donald Gandy, 57, both from Dennis Township were charged April 25 with possession of marijuana during a well being check in Dennis Township. Both were processed and released.
Ryan Higgins, 32, from Seaville was charged April 26 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to his true identity during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township to avoid apprehension for two outstanding traffic warrants. He was processed and lodged at Cape May County Correctional Center.
Kevin Conroy, 24, from Ocean View was charged April 27 with theft for admittedly stealing thousands of dollars of jewelry and other items from a relative in the past year. He was processed and released.
Robert Keller, 54, from Villas was charged April 28 with harassment for allegedly texting his ex-girlfriend after being advised not to contact her. He was processed and released.
Ryan Russ, 24, from Pennsauken, N.J., Briana Russ, 22, and Rasheen Hammond, 24, both from Camden, were charged April 29 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. All were processed and released.
Phillip Warner, 54, from Millville, N.J. was charged April 29 with disorderly conduct for acting in a disorderly manner and shouting and using profane language during a domestic dispute investigation. He was processed and released.
Brett Simpson, 24, from Court House, Steven Turchi, 22, from Woodbine, and Kevin Kelly-Pallanta, 28, from Wildwood were charged April 30 with possession of heroin and a hypodermic syringe during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Turchi was also found to be an ‘Wanted Person’ from Cape May County and had a warrant from Dennis Township active for him. All were processed; Simpson and Kelly-Pallanta were released, Turchi was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. On May 9, Simpson was charged with possession of heroin, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Christopher Small, 38, from Woodbine was charged April 30 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Thomas Logan, 39, from Millville, N.J. was charged May 1 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to his true identity during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Timothy McQuaid, 30, from Riverside, N.J. was charged May 2 with criminal trespass for entering onto the property of a campground in Woodbine knowing he was not allowed to be there. He was processed and released.
Blake Russo, 26, from Marmora was charged May 3 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was also found to have a warrant active for him. He was processed, posted bail and was released.
Caleb Brown, 23, from North Cape May was charged May 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.
Raymond Hall, 31, from Newfield, N.J. was charged May 4 with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia (crack pipe) during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also found to have a traffic warrant active for him. He was processed and released. 
Tara Ramer (passenger), 26, from Woodstown, N.J. was charged May 6 with possession of marijuana and hypodermic needles during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. She was also found to have a warrant active for her. Driver Angela Borden, 31, from New Castle, Del. was also found to have an active criminal warrant for her. Both were processed and Ramer was released and Borden was turned over to the Salem City Police Department on the warrant.  
Desire Negron, 26, from Vineland, N.J. was charged May 9 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was processed and released.

May 2: Robert Price, 60, from Woodbine
May 3: Jonathan Ortiz, 29, from Hammonton, N.J.
May 8: Brendan Mullin, 50, from Philadelphia
May 9: Juan Rodriguez, 54, from Woodbine
