Woodbine State Police Station Releases Arrest Report for April 10-23, 2017

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police Station from April 10-23, 2017.     
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Timothy McQuaid, 30, from Riverside, N.J. was charged April 10 with criminal trespass and hindering apprehension of another for unlawfully being on the property of a campground in Woodbine. A warrant for his arrest was also found. Jesse Szymankiewicz, 30, from Cinnanminson, N.J. was charged with hindering apprehension of self for supplying false information about himself during the investigation to avoid apprehension for a warrant. Both were processed, Szymankiewicz was turned over to Delran Police Department and McQuaid was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Selena Price, 34, from Woodbine was charged April 11 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. She was processed and released. 
Alexander Santiago, 28, from Woodbine was charged April 13 with obstruction for failing to follow lawful commands during a police investigation. He was processed and released. 
Devin Dougherty, 29, from Belleplain was charged April 15 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. She was processed and released. 
Johnny Santiago, 24, from Woodbine was charged April 15 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
Khaseam Meyers, 26, from Court House was charged April 16 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released. 
Shawn Bader, 21, from Woodbine was charged April 16 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Thomas Solenski, 29, from Villas was charged April 16 with possession of prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle accident investigation in Upper Township. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released. 
Jose Quinones Jr., 38, from Egg Harbor Township was charged April 19 with trespassing for returning to his former place of employment after being told not to, and refusing to leave. He was processed and released. 
Ryan Gibbons, 30, from Woodbine was charged April 19 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a medical assist investigation  in Upper Township. He was processed and released.

April 15: Quentin Hunter, 26, from Marmora
April 16: Shawn Bader, 21, from Woodbine
April 16: Thomas Solenski, 29, from Villas
April 22: Ryan Kennedy, 25, from Sea Isle City
April 22: Karen Ann Mortimer, 47, from Corbin City, N.J.
April 23: Jonathan Arana-Franco, 19, from Mays Landing, N.J.
April 23: Ebony Rosa-Richardson, 25, from Vineland, N.J.
April 23: Edwin Sunday III, 23, from Toms River, N.J.
