WILDWOOD CREST — Police here have charged a local man with sex crimes.
Police arrested Kevin P. Hampshire, 42, of Wildwood Crest, with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.
The 16-year-old victim told police that Hampshire had molested her over several years.
Hampshire was lodged in county jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
Wildwood Crest Detective Edward Gorski and the county Prosecutor’s Office investigated the complaint.
