AVALON — According to published reports, Philadelphia Fox 29 meteorologist John Bolaris claims to have been assaulted in the early morning hours of Sept. 11 after leaving the Circle Tavern at the Princeton on Dune Drive.
Bolaris said he was tackled and his head struck the curb. He also sustained a cut on his finger.
Bolaris described his attacker as “a twenty-something white man, about 5 feet 8, 165 pounds, with a blondish buzz-cut.”
