WHITESBORO– On Sunday, May 17, 2009 the Middle Township Police Department responded to a vehicle fire on East Sulloway Street in Whitesboro. Upon police arrival on scene they discovered the interior of a 1993 Acura burning and smoke was coming from the vehicle. Witnesses see three black males leaving the area and describe them as juveniles, approx 15 years old, one wearing a Eagles jacket/jersey and a eagles baseball cap. The vehicle fire was determined to be arson.
The Rio Grande Fire Department and Rio Grande Rescue Squad, responded to the scene along with the Cape May County Fire Marshal’s Office.
