Warrant Leads to Drugs

COLD SPRING –– A Lower Township man arrested by Lower Township police on an outstanding warrant Feb. 15 at 5:41 p.m. and was charged additionally for drugs and paraphernalia he had in his possession, according to police.
James Cicchitti, 21, of the 1000-block of Seashore Road here was carrying a bag containing hypodermic needles, miscellaneous pills and white powder believed to be cocaine, police said.
He was arrested and charged with possession and possession with the intent to distribute.
He was remanded to county jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail set by Judge David DeWeese.
