WILDWOOD CREST – Officers were called to a residence on Hollywood Avenue for a reported domestic disturbance May 27 at 3:48 a.m.
Upon arriving, officers learned that Keith Baybo, 38, of North Wildwood and his mother had allegedly engaged in an argument. During the investigation, it was discovered that Baybo was wanted on a warrant from the New Jersey State Police.
Baybo locked himself in a bathroom and was subsequently removed by Wildwood Crest Police Department officers. Baybo was taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest and contempt of court (warrant). He was processed and released on his own recognizance.
No officers were injured during the arrest.
