Viral Video Helps Cops Nab Jumper Allegedly Damaging Portable Toilet

NORTH WILDWOOD – North Wildwood police arrested a Philadelphian March 2 after an incident involving damage to city property went viral on social media.

 

According to a release, on Feb. 23, a video of a man jumping from the seawall into the top of a portable toilet at Pine and Olde New Jersey avenues was posted online. Subsequently, North Wildwood police detectives arrested Robert Daniels, 26, of Philadelphia, March 2 and charged him with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

 

Daniels was processed and released on a summons pending an appearance in North Wildwood Municipal Court.
