Two Adults, Three Juveniles Charged For $20,000 in Damages to Vacant Home

MAYVILLE – Middle Township Police Department was dispatched to Fourth Avenue in Mayville Aug. 7 for a report of a burglary of a residence. The residence on Fourth Avenue was for sale and vacant at the time. Patrolman Akke responded to the scene to investigate. On arrival it was discovered that the suspects entered the house and caused extensive damage. The extent of damage was estimated to be approximately $20,000. The investigation led to the arrest of Frank Patitucci, 18, Brendon Pattiucci, 20, both of Court House, and three juveniles.
The Patitucci brothers were lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. Brendon is being held on $50,000 bail and Frank is held on $15,000 bail. They were charged with employing a juvenile to commit a crime, burglary, and criminal mischief.
The juveniles were charged with burglary and criminal mischief. They were all released to their parents.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
