COURT HOUSE – Adrian Mowery, Walter Kidwell and Crystal Kidwell were indicted by a Cape May County grand jury April 21.
Mowery was brought up on several charges including attempted murder. According to court documents, on Jan. 18, “Mowery did purposefully attempt to, by his own hand, kill Matthew Danze” in Lower Township.
All three defendants were charged with conspiring to commit aggravated assault and did knowingly cause bodily injury to (Danze) or aided another who caused bodily injury and left the scene knowing or reasonably believing the injured person was physically helpless.
Miguel Rivera-Ramos and Juan Rodriguez-Romano were indicted by a Cape May County grand jury April 21 on seven separate charges. According to court documents, on Feb. 18, Rivera-Ramos and Rodriguez-Romano were caught with possession of heroin (less than half an ounce) and cocaine (less than half an ounce) within 1,000 feet of Wildwood High School. The two defendants were also in possession of a weapon, namely “metal knuckles.”
Stephen Schweizer and Lisa Schweizer were also indicted by a grand jury April 21. Court documents revealed Stephen Schweizer was charged with eluding police, resisting arrest, aggravated assault, and obstructing administration of the law. The arrest happened Feb. 14 when Stephen Schweizer “did purposefully prevent … Officer Mary Creamer and Officer Jeff Salvesen of the Middle Township Police Department from effecting a lawful arrest by using or threatening to use physical force or violence against (the officers).” Court documents also stated the defendant “knowingly or recklessly did cause bodily injury to Officer Salvesen and Creamer.”
Lisa Schweizer was charged with “purposefully preventing or attempting to prevent a public servant from lawfully performing an official function…”
The individuals are only charged with the offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
