WILDWOOD – Members of the Wildwood Police Department Detective Division were involved in a covert street-level narcotics investigation located in the city of Wildwood Oct. 6. During the ensuing field interview of one of the occupants of the vehicle, it was determined that he was in possession of contraband. Further investigation revealed that the individual, identified as Kelvin Aguilar-Soto, 25, of Queens, N.Y., was in possession of 84 individual bags of heroin. The controlled dangerous substances were prepackaged for street level sales/distribution. The contraband had an estimated street value of approximately $1,000.
