OCEAN CITY — Police here are asking for the public’s help in finding four young men wanted for a strong armed robbery.
On May 2 at 10:30 p.m., Ocean City Police received a report of a strong armed robbery that had just occurred in the 1100 block of Ocean Avenue.
According to police, the victim reported that he was approached by four subjects, who then physically assaulted him and took his wallet.
The victim reported that he was struck several times in the head area and body during the attack, but said no weapons were used in the attack. He did not require medical treatment for his injuries, police said.
The subjects were last seen running south on Ocean Avenue in the direction of 12th Street. The Victim did not require any medical treatment for his injuries.
The victim provided the following description of the suspects:
1) White, Male, Age 18, 6’00”, thin build, black/gray hooded sweatshirt, slash and swirl design, light blue jeans.
2) White, Male, Age 18, thin build, burgundy/purple colored hooded sweatshirt light colored jeans
3) Black. Male, Age 18, thin build, no clothing description
4) White, Male, Age 18, thin build, no clothing description
