STONE HARBOR – Police received 911 calls from several individuals at a 93rd Street motel of a subject attempting to gain access to their rooms and knocking on doors.
Upon arrival by Officer Richard Boyle, a search of the area revealed the subject, now known as Brian T. McCloskey, 21, of West Chester, Pa., in an open, unoccupied room of the motel lying on a bed. Investigation revealed that McCloskey did not belong there and was subsequently arrested. McCloskey was charged with criminal trespass, a crime of the fourth degree and disorderly conduct. He was released on summonses. The case is pending review by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
