Ocean View Man Charged with Forgery and Obstruction of Justice

CAPE MAY- Chief Diane M. Sorantino of the Cape May Police Department, reports that police concluded forgery investigation and filed criminal complaints against a Cape May County resident.
Detective Sergeant Anthony Marine has charged Kenneth W. Ehresmann, 44, of Ocean View, with forgery and obstruction of justice.
The complaint alleges that Ehresmann created and sent two medical faxes to the West Cape May Municipal Court purporting to be from a medical facility or issued by a doctor.
Ehresmann was arraigned in West Cape May Municipal Court on Thursday and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
Bail was set at $5,000.
