PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCMENTS:
• The Ocean City Police Department Traffic Safety Unit is now actively running Aggressive Driving Patrols daily. This information is being broadcast on local radio stations about areas in the city that are targeted for enforcement. Please be advised that this is a zero tolerance program. Areas of concern include; pedestrian safety and crosswalks, cell phones, seat belts, speeding and road rage incidents
• The Ocean City Police Department would like to remind all residents and visitors that Fireworks are illegal to possess in the State of New Jersey. The Police Department will have a zero tolerance policy when dealing with subjects in possession of illegal fireworks. We want everyone to have a safe and healthy July 4th Holiday.
