Ocean City Police Arrest Del. Man for Terroristic Threats

OCEAN CITY — On July 25, Ocean City Police officers were dispatched to Sixth and the Boardwalk, 7th Street Surf Shop, for a call of a man threatening a man with a knife.
Upon arrival Officer Andrew Breen encountered a subject matching the description of the accused that was just radioed by Police Communications.
Breen directed the accused, Dustin A. Astolfi, 36, of Wilmington, Del. to turn over the knife. Upon the knife being turned over to Breen he placed the Astolfi under arrest.
The investigation of this incident was handled by Det. Pancoast and Patrolman Brendan Gheen.
Astolfi was charged with terroristic threats, possession of certain weapons, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of other weapons, aggravated assault other weapons
Bail was set by Judge George Neidig at $50,000.00 or 10 percent.
