OCEAN CITY – An Ocean City lifeguard and Mainland Regional High School teacher was arrested Aug. 9, after allegedly exposing himself while on duty, The Press of Atlantic City reports.
Christopher Denn, 48, was charged with criminal sexual contact and a lewd act.
According to the report, Denn fondled himself in front of a female, without her consent. The incident occurred at about 2 p.m. on the Surf Road beach.
Denn is scheduled to appear in Cape May County Superior Court for a pre-indictment conference Sept. 12.
