Nude Man Dashes Through Rear Yards, Cuffed by Cops

STONE HARBOR – Stone Harbor Police Officers responded to 94th Street and Third Avenue for a report of a naked male kicking a garbage can in front of Wawa Aug. 30 at 3:52 a.m. Upon officer arrival, the male, now identified as Christian Horn, 26, of Mount Laurel, N.J., ran from the police down 94th Street and through rear yards. Horn was apprehended by Officers Anthony Tirelli and Daniel Peters hiding in an outdoor shower in a rear yard of a private residence on the 200 block of 95th Street.

When asked what happened to his clothing, Horn gave a number of conflicting stories. Horn was arrested, and transported to the Stone Harbor Police Department where he was provided clothing by a family member. He was processed and released on charges for obstruction, disorderly conduct, and lewdness.

On Aug. 30. at 11:44 a.m., Stone Harbor Police were dispatched to the 300 block of 92nd Street for a reported burglary. While investigating the burglary, Horn’s clothing and wallet were located on the second floor of an unoccuppied residence.

Horn was additionally charged with burglary, a crime of the third degree, and criminal trespass, a crime of the fourth degree.
This matter is pending review by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
