July 2:
William W. Shoffler (61) Burleigh, NJ – Defiant Trespasser
Amanda Rahilly (24) Toms River, NJ – Warrant
Sean P. Hillegass (32) Rio Grande, NJ – Shoplifting
Melissa A. Weidman (33) Rio Grande, NJ – Possession of CDS
Ashley J. Brownstein (30) Cape May, NJ – Obstruction
July 3:
Johnny A. Santiago (23) Woodbine, NJ – Warrant
William W. Shoffler (61) Burleigh, NJ – Unlawful Possession of Weapon – Handguns, Defacing a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Weapon – Assault Firearms
July 4:
Gerald Scarpitti (63) Villas, NJ – Shoplifting
Donte Alston-Harris (19) Del Haven, NJ – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
George M. Flanagan (31) Eldora, NJ – Shoplifting
Ashley A. Funk (31) Villas, NJ – Warrant
Eldon R. Voncolln (35) Cape May Court House, NJ – Warrant
July 5:
Eric M. Smith (39) Wildwood, NJ – Shoplifting, Warrant
Travis Werner (20) Rio Grande, NJ – Resisting Arrest, Possession or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages by person under Legal Age, Disorderly Conduct
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
