Middle Police, County Law Enforcement Execute Search Warrants

COURT HOUSE – Last week Middle Township police and county law enforcement agencies executed several search warrants in two locations in the township.
On Tuesday, July 14 township police partnered with Prosecutor’s Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force, the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit and the Cape May County SWAT Team executed a search warrant on Washington Street in Whitesboro.
During the search, police seized an amount of cocaine and marijuana. As a result, Ty White, 37, from Whitesboro was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine under one half ounce and possession of marijuana over 50 grams.
White was lodged in county jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail.
On July 15, the department’s Street Crimes Unit, with the assistance of the sheriff’s K-9 Unit and the county SWAT Team executed two narcotic search warrants at the Economy Motel in Rio Grande.
During the search fifty six bags of crack cocaine was seized. As a result, Michael Siderio, 35, of Rio Grande was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, distribution of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Siderio was lodged in the county jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
