COURT HOUSE — On Oct. 9, Middle Township police responded to 7A Walton Ave. here for an unknown disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers were met by the victim, a 25-year-old female, with a swollen right eye and bloodstains on her arms and shirt, a police report stated.
According to police, the victim reported that three white males came to her residence attempting to collect debt from the day before. The victim told them to return at a reasonable hour. The subjects forced their way inside the home and assaulted the victim before leaving with $60 in cash.
Lower Twp. Police stopped the suspects in their jurisdiction after a description of the vehicle and suspects were broadcast over the radio, police said.
The Middle Township Rescue Squad treated the victim on scene for her injuries.
Joseph Kelly, 18, unemployed from Villas, and a 17-year-old juvenile from Tarpon Springs, Fla., were both charged with one county of robbery, one count of burglary and two counts of criminal mischief.
Christopher Sippel, 18, unemployed from Villas was charged with one count of robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.
Kelly was placed in county jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail set by Judge Peter Tourison.
The 17-year-old juvenile was released to the custody of his grandmother and Sippel was released on a summons.
