ERMA — On Sun., Sept. 5, at approximately 12:30 p.m. the Lower Township Police Department received a report from a female in the 100 Block of West Pacific Avenue, indicating that her residence had been broken into and that someone had piled her clothing in the middle of the bedroom then poured bleach all over the clothing.
An investigation conducted by Lower Township Patrol Officer Ryan Hansberry and Detective Michael Majane, led to the arrest of the victim’s estranged husband, identified as David C. Fessler, age 29 of the 200 Block of East Pacific Avenue, Villas.
Fessler was lodged in the Cape May County Jail on $30,000 cash bail, set by Lower Township Municipal Court Judge, David DeWeese After he was charged with the following offenses:
Violation of a Domestic Violence Restraining Order 4th Degree charge of Criminal Mischief and
third degree charge of burglary
