ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Thaddeus Kadziela, Staten Island, N. Y. nose disturbance/disorderly conduct. $133 fine and costs.
Roberto Diaz-Champe, 29, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Eric Fath, 24, Del Haven, unregistered vehicle $89 fine and costs.
Matthew Koch, 45, Villas, obstruction-interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Tony Gary, 35, Cape May, obstructing-interfering with passage of other vehicles; speeding. $253 fine and costs.
Stephen Lonergan II, 43, Villas, refusal to have motor vehicle inspected. $139 fine and costs.
Nicholas Robinson, 18, Villas, possession of alcoholic beverage by a minor. $658 fine and costs.
Brian Chase, 21, diving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs.
Jeffrey Curalt, 38, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Randy Wolf, 23, Whitesboro, driving while intoxicated. $764 fine and costs.
Luke Schulingcamp, 18, Villas, careless driving, two counts; fail to exhibit documents, two counts. $656 fine and costs.
