Lambert observed the driver and passenger on Sept. 28 at approximately 3 p.m. and followed them into the ferry terminal where police stopped the vehicle.
Police noted the smell of marijuana from the car, and seized marijuana in the car and on the person of the passenger.
Charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams were Fred A. Crawley, 23, and Avery L. Skull, 19, both from Whitesboro.
The men were charged on a summons and released.
