VILLAS — Lower Township police are asking the public’s assistance in locating two males who entered a Wilde Avenue home on July 6, held a pillow over the occupant’s head, and asked where a certain person was.
According to a release, the pair then fled, and they remain at large.
Detectives responded and spoke with the victim and other occupants of the home when the crime took place. The area was processed and items of an evidentiary value were received for comparison at a later time.
The victim described the pair as Hispanic males. He stated that upon entering the dwelling through a locked door, they asked where a previous resident was. When the victim was reluctant to disclose the location, a pillow was placed over the victim’s head, and a struggle took place.
The intruders then fled on foot. No items of value were taken from the residence, and it appeared that they subjects were looking for that previous resident.
