CAPE MAY – As of June 11, the Cape May Police Department is investigating an incident involving a vehicle speeding over 100 mph on Sunset Boulevard at approximately 9 a.m. June 7.
According to a release, the vehicle in question was an orange McLaren, and the driver was subsequently arrested. Witnesses who observed the vehicle driving or parking in the Sunset Beach parking area are asked to contact the department, and if a witness wishes to remain anonymous, they will be treated as such.
