Indictments Filed March 13

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 35 indictments March 13. The abbreviation CDS stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
Axel J. Hernandez-Candelaria 
Axel Hernandez-Candelaria, 34, of Burleigh, was indicted for first-degree attempted murder for allegedly stabbing another male at the Cedar Springs Mobile Home Park in Burleigh. The incident occurred Dec. 23, 2017.
Hernandez-Candelaria also faces a second-degree count for aggravated assault, along with weapons charges for unlawful possession of a weapon, fourth degree, and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, third degree.
Kristen Millar, Gregory Gulliano
Two Pennsylvania residents are facing two counts of third-degree theft and a third-degree count for conspiracy. Kristen Millar, 40, and Gregory Gulliano, 33, were arrested in February in Middle Township.
Diamond J. Lights, Robert H. Matthews
Diamond Lights and Robert Matthews were arrested in Wildwood on weapons charges in February. They allegedly had in their possession a .9mm handgun and hollow point ammunition. The two have been indicted for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, along with a fourth-degree count of possession of a prohibited weapon, the hollow point bullets.
Charles Barlow
Charles Barlow, of Dennis Township, was indicted for possession of a CDS, marijuana, in the fourth degree. He also faces a count of third-degree possession with intent to distribute. The amount of marijuana was over 50 grams.
Theresa Wyatt, Tarann Wyatt, Carlos Aborresco
Theresa Wyatt, 57, of Court House, Tarann Wyatt and Carlos Aborresco 49, of Burleigh, were indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, and conspiracy, each count in the third degree.
Juan Valez-Galon, Nathaniel Ruiz, Joseph Bryant, Ashley Laracuente, Sharon Pearson, Albert MacFarlane, Brandon Wilson, Elizabeth Camp, Bryan Claudio-Reyes, Elena Connelly, Julia Deabler, Ernest Dominguez, Kayla Gegan, Zachary Harre, William Lazaro, Amber Patton, Dawn Sneathen, Stephon Thomas
Each of the individuals listed above were separately charged with possession of a CDS, third degree. One individual, Zachary Harre, faces two counts of possession.
Shannon Burgess-Carlin
Shannon Burgess-Carlin, of North Wildwood, was indicted on five third-degree counts: one for theft, two for forgery and two for uttering a false instrument.
Burgess-Carlin allegedly unlawfully forged and presented as true two checks from a hotel in North Wildwood for $350 and $325 respectively.
David Denato
David Denato, of Lower Township, faces a fourth-degree count for making a false report to law enforcement. 
Jacquelyn Fowler
In Stone Harbor, Jacquelyn Fowler allegedly took personal property valued at greater than $500 from a female victim. Fowler was indicted for third-degree theft.
Christopher Fox
Christopher Fox, of Middle Township, allegedly stole a Bank of America credit card and used the card to purchase electronic games. He was indicted for unlawful theft of a credit card, fourth degree, along with the fraudulent use of a credit card, third degree.
Kelsie Juliano 
Kelsie Juliano, 27, of Millville, a Bank of America employee, allegedly stole funds from customers through forged electronic withdrawals.  Juliano was indicted for theft and forgery, both in the third degree.
Robert Lipczynski
Robert Lipczynski, a resident of Ocean City, was indicted for unlawful possession of a weapon, second degree. The weapon in question was a .357 Magnum Smith & Wesson pistol.
He also allegedly had hollow-point bullets in his possession which added a count to the indictment for a fourth-degree prohibited weapon.
Jorge Mantilla
Jorge Mantilla, 27, of Court House, was indicted for second degree aggravated assault for allegedly causing “serious bodily harm” to a female victim.
Edward McCleary, Ricardo Mercado-Martinez
In separate indictments, two Wildwood men, Edward McCleary, 38, and Ricardo Mercado-Martinez, 37, were indicted for possession of a CDS, possession with intent to distribute and intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, each count in the third degree. 
In both cases, the individuals allegedly intended to distribute heroin near Wildwood High School.
Patricia Milosky
Patricia Milosky, 46, of Cape May, was indicted on two counts of possession of a CDS and one count of possession with intent to distribute, all counts third degree.
Peter Visalli
On Dec. 26, Peter Visalli, 35, of Somers Point, alleged stole property valued at more than $500 in North Wildwood.  Visalli was indicted for third-degree theft.
Rockwell Pohlig
Rockwell Pohlig, of Upper Township, was indicted for aggravated assault, third degree.  His alleged threats to kill the female victim of the assault also led to a count of third-degree terroristic threats.
Tina Young
Tina Young was indicted for third-degree theft after unlawfully taking more than $500 from the same victim over a period from August to October 2017.
Ian L. Williams
Ian L. Williams allegedly forged a check for $250 drawn without permission on account of a music and entertainment company in Wildwood. 
Williams allegedly endorsed the check at a Bank of America branch. He was indicted for theft, forgery and uttering a false instrument, each count fourth degree.
Adrian Woll
Adrian Woll, of Wildwood, was indicted on two counts of possession of a CDS and two counts of distribution, each third degree.
His proximity to Cedar Park and Glenwood Avenue Elementary School also led to a second-degree count for distribution within 500 feet of public property and a final third-degree count for distribution within 1000 feet of a school.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
