Indictments Filed Jan. 28

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up six indictments Jan. 28. 
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.   
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
 Martin E. Tankle and Abdul Spaulding were indicted on a single count of third-degree possession of a CDS, fentanyl. Spaulding, 42, of Court House, was also named in a count for third-degree possession with intent to distribute. Tankle, 66, is a resident of Rio Grande.
Frank R. Matlack, 52, of Cape May, was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine and buprenorphine.
James E. Heisher, of Upper Township, faces a third-degree count for burglary and a fourth-degree count for contempt of a restraining order.
Stephen Finley, of Ocean City, was indicted on six separate counts of third-degree possession, involving cocaine, methamphetamine, oxycodone, amphetamine, clonazepam and hashish. 
He also faces a third-degree count for possession of a CDS, hashish, with intent to distribute.
Blair Brooks, of Middle Township, was indicted on a single count of third-degree aggravated assault.
Anthony A. Cileone, 21, of Villas, faces a 10-count indictment for running a CDS production facility for marijuana, third degree; possession with intent to distribute more than 5 pounds of a CDS, second degree; along with two second-degree counts for unlawful possession of a weapon, an assault firearm, and a final second-degree count for possession of a weapon in the commission of a CDS crime. 
Fourth-degree counts included possession of marijuana and three counts of possession of a prohibited weapon, large-capacity magazines. Cileone was named in a third-degree conspiracy count, which named Daniel L. Beerly, 23, of Villas, as his co-conspirator.
