Indictments Filed April 16

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 11 indictments April 16.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Jamie Mullen
Jamie Mullen, 33, of Wildwood, was indicted on one count of third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.
Eliezer Rodriguez
Eliezer Rodriguez, 44, of Vineland, was involved in a traffic stop in Ocean City Feb. 14 when he was arrested for drug possession. He has been indicted on two third-degree counts of possession of a CDS and two second-degree counts of possession with intent to distribute. The second-degree counts arise from the quantity of methamphetamine and cocaine, both drugs at .5 ounces or more.
William G. Swensen
William Swensen, of Wildwood, faces a second-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon, a Glock 19, along with two fourth-degree counts for prohibited weapons, large capacity magazines.
Edward H. Hueber
Edward Hueber faces a two-count indictment for making and selling home improvements in Stone Harbor without registering in accordance with the Contractor Registration Act, a fourth-degree offense, along with third-degree theft by deception.
Christopher J. Koelle, Jr.
Christopher Koelle, 19, of Villas, faces two-second degree counts for sexual assault along with three counts for third-degree aggravated assault. The indictment states that Koelle used force and coercion causing significant bodily injury. The assaults also met the definition of a domestic violence crime. Koelle was lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
Ryan Madonna
Ryan Madonna, of Villas, was indicted on one count of possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.
Stephen Walsh
Arrested in Cape May following an incident that met the definition of a domestic violence offense, Stephen Walsh faces two third-degree counts for aggravated assault and one fourth-degree count for criminal mischief.
Paul E. Marsh, Jr.
Paul Marsh, Jr., 40, of Cape May, was indicted on three counts of aggravated assault, one count second degree and two counts third degree. The incident involving Marsh occurred in Cape May March 23 and met the definition of a domestic violence offense. Marsh was lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
Ashley K. Carrero
According to the indictment, between Feb. 7 and 8, Ashley Carrero took property from a Cape May dentist valued at greater than $500 by forging and presenting a check made out to her drawn on the account of the dentist. She faces three third-degree counts for theft by deception, forgery and uttering a false instrument.
Michael Denoble
Michael Denoble was indicted on two third-degree counts of aggravated assault and two additional third-degree counts for criminal restraint and terroristic threats. The March 10 incident in Wildwood Crest met the definition of a domestic violence offense.
Amanda Alexander
Amanda Alexander, 24, of Court House was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, and Lisexamfetamine. The latter drug is one used to treat attention deficit disorder and/or a binge eating disorder.
