Dog in Bag Left on Road in Goshen

The following is based on information received from a law enforcement agency. 
GOSHEN – On Feb. 19, the Middle Township Police Department responded to Bucks Avenue in Goshen for the report of a dog in a trash bag.
Upon further investigation, it was learned that the dog, described as an older brown colored female lab mix, was deceased and discarded on the shoulder of the roadway in a trash bag.
