Disturbance Call Results in Arrest

WILDWOOD CREST – Wildwood Crest Police received numerous 911 calls July 3 from a motel on the 500 block East Orchid Road on a report of a disturbance. 
Patrol officers arrived to find numerous guests fighting and arguing. Kadir Concepcion, 26, of Maywood, was observed by Lt. Edward Gorski with a glass bottle in his hand attempting to allegedly strike another subject. Concepcion was ordered to drop the bottle; he complied and was taken into custody by Patrol Officer Ryan Sheets.
Concepcion was charged with disorderly conduct, possession of a weapon, and obstruction of justice. He was released on his own recognizance.
Patrol officers remained on scene until order was restored. No injuries were reported and no other arrests were made.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
