WILDWOOD CREST – The Wildwood Crest Police Department and Detective Division received a report of a sexual assault at a borough residence June 14 at about 9:06 a.m.
During the investigation, detectives were able to identify Christopher Daggett, 49, of Cape May as the suspect.
He was arrested on July 22 and charged with aggravated sexual assault.
Daggett was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
