Cold Spring Man Charged With Making Terroristic Threats, Bias Intimidation

GLASSBORO — A Cape May County man was charged with threatening to shoot a couple in the parking lot of a Landmark Americana here on Friday around 12:45 a.m., NJ.com reports.
Kenneth Howell Jr., a 20 year-old Caucasian, approached an African American couple and told them he had a gun and that he would put a “cap” into them.
He reached around his waist to act like he was reaching for a gun. The couple was able to flag down two police officers.
Howell is charged with making terroristic threats, bias intimidation, consumption of alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct.
He was released after being issued the four summonses.
