Cigarette Thief Sought in OC

OCEAN CITY – Ocean City Police Department received a call Feb. 5 for a reported theft at 9:02 a.m. at the Sunoco Gas Station, located at 34th Street and West Avenue.
The suspect entered the store and took several cartons of Marlboro cigarettes valued at over $400, according to a release. The suspect was last seen leaving the store on foot, heading eastbound toward Asbury Avenue. 
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25 to 30 years old, wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and jeans. 
Those with information about the incident are asked to call Ocean City Police Department at 609-399-9111.
