CAPE MAY — Cape May Police on July 9 announced the arrests of three persons in connection with an on-going investigation intro a burglary and theft at Heritage Motor Inn on Beach Avenue, Oct. 11, 2007.
In that incident, a large sum of cash and jewelry were reported stolen, according to a release.
Detective Victor DeMusz arrested and charged David A. Colubriale, 41, of Wildwood with burglary and theft over $20,000, Richard J. Fullerton, 42, of North Wildwood, with conspiracy, theft over $20,000 and receiving stolen property.
Also charged in connection with the investigation was a 17-year-old from Wildwood.
