By Jack Fichter

ERMA – From Friday Sept. 4 through Monday Sept. 7, the Lower Township Police Department responded to approximately 506 calls for service during the Labor Day weekend.
Lower Township Detectives completed an ongoing drug investigation which led to the seizure of 35 packets of suspected Heroin, over the weekend. On Sept. 4, detectives had Erica Andrews, 22, of the 300 Block of DeSoto Ave., under surveillance.
Detectives had received information that Andrews was going to deliver a substantial amount of Heroin in the area of Hudson Avenue in Villas.
