AVALON – Avalon Police Department arrested and charged a 15-year-old male juvenile from Blue Bell, Pa. with possession of prohibited weapons June 24 at 9:37 p.m.
Special Officers Chris Fitting and Ted Kot were on patrol in the area of 21st Street and the beach when they observed a flash of light and heard a loud zapping sound.
The juvenile was found to be in possession of an electronic stun gun in violation of possession of prohibited weapons, fourth degree. The juvenile was charged and released to his parents.
