WHITESBORO — On July 29, Middle Township Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit, County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force and the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit executed a court-authorized search warrant on Maryland Avenue here.
As a result of that search, an amount of cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and over $600 was seized.
Harold Howell, 43, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, distribution of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
