NORTH WILDWOOD – City police detectives arrested three Philadelphia men Aug. 7 in connection with an Aug. 6 incident at an apartment in the 100 block E. 21st Avenue.
Victims were 12 and 14-year-old females from Wildwood Crest.
Arrested were Michael Ciancaglini, 19, of 1200 block McKean St.; Steven Powers, 18, of 2500 block S. Warnock St., and Michael Anthony Piccolo, 18, of 1700 block Ritner St.
All were charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and conspiracy.
They were lodged in county jail in lieu of $500,000 bail each.
The Detective Bureau is continuing its investigation into the incident. More arrests are pending, according to police.
