Bike Owners Plead Guilty, Avoid Fines

CAPE MAY – Four bike owners, whose bikes were impounded from the promenade Aug. 24, fought their $100 tickets in court Sept. 17, NBC 10 reports.
According to the report, all four people, including tourists and a local lifeguard, pleaded guilty to avoid paying the fine and court costs.
