There were five comments posted under the story here about the Route 83 accident that claimed Matt Tozer’s life on June 9. They were from persons who indicated they witnessed the accident.
Private investigator, Barry D. Wythe, working on behalf of Matt’s parents, Roger and Linda Tozer, would like to communicate with those persons about the crash.
