COURT HOUSE– Harold Becica, 48, of Villas was sentenced in Superior Court today to three years prison for Denise Cianchetta’s death in a collision on Nov. 16, 2008 that occurred on Indian Trail Road in Middle Township, the Press of Atlantic City reports.
Becica, had no alcohol in his system, the report said but earlier drinking and prescription Percocet left him too tired to drive. Becica crossed into the eastbound lane causing a head on collision, he fell asleep at the wheel he admitted during a plea in February.
